The Edison Girls Basketball team defeated Buckeye Local in a tightly contested contest on Wednesday night at home. The Wildcats fired out to a 7-1 first-quarter score and led 19- 12 at the half. The Panthers fought back and ended up trimming the lead to 2 with 11 seconds remaining in the game, but the Wildcats got a big steal and made both foul shots to ice the game away.

Your Wildcats were led by Savanna Ankrom with 21, Pam Johnson, Gracie Fox, Alayna Meadows, and Pressley Meadows with 5 apiece, and Grace Browning with 2. Your Wildcats are back in action Monday, January 10th at home against East Liverpool. Your Wildcats are now 9-6 on the year.

State Test Scores Now Available in Progressbook

The district believes that by having access to this information, you can better support your child’s academic journey and work collaboratively with us to ensure their success. Visit ProgressBook Parent Portal and navigate to “Assessment Scores” on the left hand menu to view your child’s scores.
