The Edison High School Vocal Music Department is ringing in the holiday season with performances of “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” on Nov. 18-20.

   Curtains rise for evening performances at 7 p.m. on Nov. 18-19 and a 2:30 p.m. matinee on Nov. 20. Costs are $8 for adults and $5 for students and senior citizens and will be sold at the door and in advance from cast members.

   EHS Vocal Music Director Greg Hofmeister said the play will entertain audiences.

   “It’s a fun show for the holiday season that reinforces small-town values, and it’s pretty funny,” he added.

   Cast members include Travis Rose as Bob Bradley, Anna Wadas as Grace Bradley, Nikolas Cline as Charlie Bradley, Liz Gampolo as Beth Bradley, Shane Smith as Ralph Herdman, Cheyanne Coil as Imogene Herdman, Avah Reed as Leroy Herdman, Paige Somerville as Claudia Herdman, Leila Cable as Olive Herdman, Mayelee Rawson as Gladys Herdman, Aiden Ferguson as Reverend Hopkins, Alayna Sutherin as Helen Armstrong, Becca Bell as Luanne, Faith Bell as Betty, Jenna Kelley as Connie, Mimi Ault as Alice Wendleken, Kyle Martin as Elmer Hopkins, Jamie Barker as Teddy Shoemaker and Ciara Fiedorczyk as Ivy Reed. Rounding out the ensemble are Olivia Ault, Kira Anderson, Elizabeth Booher, McKinley Carr, Des Crimm, Raelin Crimm, Sydney Frampton, Madison Grim, Bristol Leanza, Brenna Liggett, Lydia Krepps, Bailey Natcher, Sydney Newburn, Solara Scrbacic, O’Ryan Shurak-Wood, Gwen Stine, Ethan Warren and Layla White.
