Swimmers Continue to Impress at Beaver Local

The Wildcats swam at the Calcutta YMCA last night for a meet hosted by Beaver Local.  Oak Glen, Weir, East Liverpool and Martins Ferry were also in attendance. Scoring as 5 Dual Meets, the Boys swept all 5 and the Girls won 4.

Boys Dual Meet scores: (Edison 83, Weir 23), (Edison 75, Beaver Local 41), (Edison 83, East Liverpool 21), (Edison 67, Martins Ferry 44), (Edison 66, Oak Glen 51)

The Wildcats will swim in OVAC Championships next Friday at Brooke beginning at 5:10. 1A – 4A Competition will be Friday night, 5A Competition will be Saturday morning, also at Brooke, beginning at 10:30.  Tickets purchased online are $4 Students/$6 Adults or at the gate $6 Students/$8 Adults.
