The Edison Local School District is accepting competitive bids for a flooring project at John Gregg Elementary located at 212 County Road 75A Bergholz, Ohio 43908.

The specifications for the project include replacing approximately 10,000 square feet of VCT flooring. The flooring will be placed on top of existing VCT, which will require priming the current VCT and flash patch were needed. Provide and install standard 4″ vinyl base and aluminum door transitions.

Qualified bidders should submit a sealed bid to the superintendent’s office by 12:00 p.m. on Friday September 15, 2023 at 14890 State Route 213 Hammondsville, Ohio 43930. An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday September 6, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at John Gregg Elementary at 212 County Road 75A Bergholz, Ohio 43908.

This project will need to be completed during Christmas break. Work can begin Monday, December 18, 2023 and must be completed by Friday, December 29, 2023.

The Edison Local Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
