The Varsity Girls Cross Country team finished 4th overall in the Large School Division at Cambridge Invitational.  In a tough field with two girls from Edison not racing, Edison remained strongly competitive against D1 and D2 schools. 

Josie Lesnansky (2nd; 20:36), Annie Board (13th; 22:55), and Layla White (18th; 23:27) medaled by finishing in the top 25 in a field of close to 100 runners.

The Varsity Boys team finished 8th overall in the Large School Division.  The boy’s team has been plagued by seasonal injuries but continues to power through and run competitively in this field.

Gage Cable (14th; 19:00) medaled for the Varsity Boys Team.

In the Junior High division, Nate Kline ran a career PR on a true 2-mile course and finished 3rd overall in a time of 12:06.  Lydia Krepps finished 6th overall in a time of 14:00.

The OVAC championship is this Saturday and the team will be battling in the 4A Division back at Cambridge High School.
