Varsity Track Season Ends

Freshman Annie Board capped off a tremendous season with a 2:27.81 in the 800.

The Track season came to an end this weekend. Many Team and individual goals were achieved this season. The Girls finished 4-1 and Runner Up in the Indian League. Annie Board became an OVAC Champion in the 2 mile. The girls 4 x 800 set a new school record of 10:33.44 (Leila Cable, Kennedy Bake, Annie Board, Alison Kireta). Advancing to Regionals this year for the girls were the 4 x 800 Team, Leila Cable (300 H), Annie Board (800) and Lacie Pelley (HJ). Thank You to seniors Hailey and Kendra Teichman for your hard work and leadership.

The Boys accomplished many Team goals including finishing 2nd at the Early Bird, 2nd Jefferson county Relays, 2nd at Martins Ferry Relays, 1st at the Barnesville Invitational and going 4-0 and winning the Indian League. Senior Joey Simpson set a new school record in the shot put with a toss of 49-8.5. Sophomore Matt Evans Advoanved to Regionals in the 100 Hurdles. Thank You Seniors Jacob Roth, Deacon Rawson and Joey Simpson for all of your hard work and dedication.

Thank You to all the members of the Track Program for always coming and giving it your best effort. Thank you to the schol administration for all the support throughout the season. Thank You parents for allowing us to coach your children and helping all season.

Lastly thanks to the amozing, hard working and dedicated coaches Jamie Evans, Billy Koehnlein, Faith Hoobler, Keely Rice, Dawn Cable, Nate Kline and Ryan Sronce.

State Test Scores Now Available in Progressbook

As part of our ongoing effort to keep you informed about your child’s academic progress, we want to inform you that you now have access to their state test score results through ProgressBook, our online student management system. The district believes that by having access to this information, you can better support your child’s academic journey and work collaboratively with us to ensure their success. If you have any questions or need further assistance with ProgressBook or understanding the state test scores, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with your building.

Visit ProgressBook Parent Portal and navigate to “Assessment Scores” on the left hand menu to view your child’s scores.
