The following steps will help you get a head start on your child’s registration process before coming into the building to complete registration:

1. Visit Final Forms – You can find a direct link to Final Forms in the Quick Links section at the top of our website.
2. Create an account – If you already have a child attending Edison Local School District, simply log into your existing account.
3. Add your student – Once your account is created, log in and add your student. Be sure to select the correct school year when registering. For students starting in August 2025, select the 2025-2026 school year.
4. Complete all required forms – Fill out all registration information and forms located on the left side of the Final Forms screen.
5. For Preschool and Kindergarten students  – Please check below to see the registration dates for the upcoming school year.
6. For all other students – Please reach out to the school your child will be attending to schedule an appointment to finalize registration.

Preschool Enrollment Extra Steps:

• Preschool Parents are required to complete Final Forms and all paperwork in the preschool packet which is available during registration and at the elementary school buildings.

By completing these steps in advance, you will save time on registration day. Please also either upload the following documents to Final Forms or bring them with you on registration day:

• Birth Certificate (Birth records are not acceptable)
• Immunization Record
• Proof of Residency (Utility bill or deed)
• 1 Month Income Statement (Preschool only)

If you are unable to locate these documents, they may be available from your child’s former school. Please reach out to us so we can attempt to request these records.
